Accessibility

I have worked hard to make this site as accessible to as many users as possible, whether you have a disability or are simply not using the latest technology.

Hopefully you will find this site easy to use and will not encounter any accessibility related issues. However, below are some accessibility advice that may help you get more out of the site.

Changing the font size

We have tried to ensure that the text on this site is as readable as possible. However we recognise that some customers may need to enlarge the text further.

The method you use to resize the default text size varies between browsers. Below we demonstrate how to change text size on the two main browsers; Internet explorer and Firefox.

Internet Explorer

To resize text in Internet Explorer go to view > text size and select the text size you require.

Firefox

In Firefox you can select to increase or decrease text size by pressing CTRL + or CTRL - respectively. Alternatively these options can also be found under view > text size.

Access Keys

These act as shortcuts to key links on the page. To use an access key: hold down the ALT key (control key for mac) on your keyboard and press the appropriate number or letter listed below.

On most browsers, this will immediately jump you to the appropriate page. However, if you are using Internet Explorer you will then need to press RETURN to active the link.
